- Negotiate monthly community fees for clients.
- Conduct geographical assessments of neighborhoods. We know the homes, we don’t just give you a “list.”
- Provide community background checks and disclosure reports.
- Maintain and liaise with families for the duration of the community contract.
- Will advise you of all fees charged by each Home so there are no surprises.
